1. Refund period
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for most of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period.
2. How to request a refund
Refund requests can be submitted directly through our payment provider, Paddle, by visiting paddle.net. You can also reach out to us at hello@beenaaistudio.com and we will help you process the request through Paddle.
3. Digital products and eBooks
Most of our products — including eBooks, PDF guides, prompt packs and templates — are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, refunds may be limited if the file has already been downloaded or accessed. We may ask you to confirm that the product was not used before we can approve a refund.
Refunds will still be considered in the following situations:
- The file is defective, corrupted or different from the product description at the time of purchase.
- The purchase was accidental and you contact us within the 14-day window before accessing the product.
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
4. Services and custom work
Refunds for services, consulting, AI builds, automation projects or custom work are handled case by case based on the agreed scope of work and any signed contract. Deposits for custom work are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Refund processing
Paddle processes approved refunds. Once approved, refunds are usually returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Abuse and exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we suspect abuse, fraud, repeated refunds or attempts to obtain products without payment. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
