1. Seller and acceptance

The website beenaaistudio.com and the brand Beena AI Studio are operated by Beena Singh Chauhan, trading as Beena AI Studio (the “seller,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Products and services

Beena AI Studio offers digital products (eBooks, templates, prompt libraries, checklists and guides), educational courses, AI consulting, AI agent builds and automation services. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

For AI products and services, you must not use them to generate illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful or infringing content. You are responsible for how you use any AI output.

We own all intellectual property rights in our website, products, branding, documentation and content, unless otherwise stated. When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share or create derivative works for public distribution without our written permission.

7. Payments, billing and Paddle

All payments are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, which govern payment, billing, tax, subscription and refund mechanics. Prices are listed in INR and may include applicable taxes.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, refund eligibility may be limited once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

9. Service availability and disclaimers

We do not guarantee that our website or products will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We provide our services “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the seller is established, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
